The Role: Recruitment Consultant Jobs Cardiff
Working closely with the Company Directors, providing a first class recruitment service to a range of customers, responsibilities include:-
- Managing your own desk and managing the recruitment process from cold calling to invoice generation.
- Working with a range of new and existing clients to provide a professional recruitment service.
- Developing new clients and candidate attraction strategies. Including advertising and database sourcing.
The Candidate: Recruitment Consultant Jobs Cardiff
Candidates should ideally be an experienced Recruitment Consultant, ideally from a permanent recruitment background.
However we will also consider hungry business to business sales people looking to start a career in recruitment as a trainee consultant.
Experience gained in one or more of the sectors that we recruit for, would be an advantage.
Hunger to progress within the company and launch new divisions in the future.
Good general IT skills including MS-Office.
